Ordering
När du slutfört din beställning skickas en orderbekräftelse till den e-postadress du angivit. Orderbekräftelsen innehåller information om beställda produkter, pris, fakturerings- och leveransadress. Om du upptäcker fel i orderbekräftelsen ska du utan dröjsmål kontakta Shufle Studio via e-post: info@shufl.se.
Avtal om köp ingås först när orderbekräftelse har skickats.
Delivery
Angivna leveranstider är uppskattade och gäller från det att ordern har bekräftats.
Standardprodukter: ca 2–7 arbetsdagar
Specialtillverkade shuffleboards: enligt separat överenskommen leveranstid
Beställningar som görs under helger eller helgdagar behandlas nästkommande arbetsdag. Vid väsentlig leveransförsening har kunden rätt att häva köpet i enlighet med tillämplig lag. Om leveransförsening uppstår utan att du informerats, vänligen kontakta oss på: info@shufl.se.
Prices
Samtliga priser anges i svenska kronor (SEK) och inkluderar 25 % moms om inget annat anges. Shufle Studio förbehåller sig rätten att justera priser till följd av:
ändrade inköpspriser
uppenbara fel (t.ex. tryckfel eller tekniska fel)
I sådana fall kommer kunden att informeras innan ordern behandlas vidare.
Guarantee
The warranty is provided in accordance with what is stated for each product. Unless otherwise stated, a minimum one (1) year warranty applies. The warranty does not affect the customer's rights under the Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260). For handmade shuffleboards, natural variations in material and workmanship are not covered by the warranty.
Right of withdrawal
5.1 General
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.2 Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear message to: info@shufl.se.
The message should contain:
name
address
email address
order number
which goods are referred to
Returns must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date the right of withdrawal was exercised.
5.3 Return conditions
The customer is responsible for return shipping and for the condition of the product upon return. The product must be returned well packaged and in essentially unchanged condition. Shufle Studio has the right to make deductions for any decrease in value if the product has been handled to a greater extent than necessary.
5.4 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
custom-made shuffleboards or products with a personal touch
sealed goods where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health reasons
services commenced with the customer's express consent
Complaint
6.1 Defects in the product
If a product is faulty, the customer has the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260).
6.2 Complaints
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the time the defect is discovered.
Complaints are made via email to: info@shufl.se and must contain:

description of the error
6.3 Measures
If the complaint is approved, Shufle Studio reserves the right to:
fix the error
deliver replacement goods
make a price reduction
cancel the purchase
If the complaint is approved, Shufle Studio is responsible for return shipping.
6.4 Limitation
Variations that are natural to handmade products and natural materials do not constitute errors.
Product information
We reserve the right to any printing errors and final sales. Since the products are handmade, variations in color, dimensions and finish may occur. Images should be considered illustrative.
Cookies
The website uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act (2003:389). Cookies are used to enable functionality, analyze traffic and improve the user experience. The user can manage cookie settings themselves via their browser.

Changes to terms and conditions
Shufle Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will be effective from the time they are posted.
Dispute and choice of law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact:

Shufle Studio follows ARN's recommendations. Disputes can also be tried by a general court in Sweden.
