Sustainability
Produkterna har en modulär konstruktion i Svenskt Trä producerat av lokala leverantörer i Tibro. Alla produkter lagerförs på vårt centrallager i nära anslutning till produktionen. Ambitionen för Shufl Studio är att fortsätta produktutvecklingsarbetet och hitta fler svenska och innovativa lösningar för underhåll och förbrukningsvaror förenade med Shuffleboards.
Quality
Under James Minards översyn tillverkas och ytbehandlas alla trädetaljer hos Stolsfabriken. I nio decennier har företaget varit en av Sveriges viktigaste producenter av trästolar. Produktionen sker i Tibro - känt som Sveriges möbelcentrum. I Tibro kan man "allt" om möbler och det finns specialister inom varje disciplin samt en yrkeshögskola inom möbeltillverkning. Här håller nya generationer liv i en 150-årig möbeltradition på orten.

Made in Sweden
The market is currently dominated by players from North America and Asia in various segments. Shufl Studio wants to be able to control manufacturing and assembly in Sweden and has great ambitions to create jobs and export opportunities on Swedish soil. By controlling production, it also means that it is possible to make unique customer customizations in a smooth way.
Material
In addition to all the wooden details that get a nice patina over time, Shufl Studio has created a completely unique Playfield. Our Playfield is made of a unique material that is extremely dimensionally stable and insensitive to varying humidity and temperature - something that all tables on the market struggle with throughout all seasons of the year.
